Welcome to UAllRi8. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item we offer.

  • We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.


3. Customized & Standard Products

  • We sell both standard and customized/personalized products.

  • Customized products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and supported payment providers.

  • You agree to pay all charges for the items you purchase.


5. Shipping

  • Standard products are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Customized products are processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.

  • Shipping times depend on the courier and delivery method chosen at checkout.

  • We use DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for standard (non-customized) products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


7. Damage or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately at contact.uallri8@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage.

We will replace or refund the item after verification.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the UAllRi8 website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is owned by UAllRi8 and is protected by copyright.

  • You may not use our content without our written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages once the courier has marked them as delivered.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately when posted on this website.
